    热网的合理设计必须考虑各种相互制约的因素,综合分析比较,既要考虑管网的输送成本小,又要考虑热网水力运行稳定性和热网分汇点水力平衡,达到更佳效果。因此,在进入热用户的管段上,可选择两种不同管径的供热管和其相匹配的保温层厚度,实现分汇点水力平衡,如果载热体限定流速,也可以选择一种管径的供热管和其相匹配的保温层厚度,另外加上调压板,实现分汇点水力平衡;在进入热用户管段以外的管段上,必须按优化选择经济管径和经济保温层来设计。实践证明,采用上述热网设计,热网的热能输送成本小化,水力运行稳定性较好,热网分汇点的水力平衡也得以兼顾,并且能基本满足热用户的供热需求量,水力运行符合热网技术要求。
